Molten Alloy Technology Inc. (MATi) is advancing a new class of molten-alloy reactor technology that converts methane and carbon dioxide into valuable low-carbon products. Our platform is designed to produce clean hydrogen and solid carbon from methane while supporting industrial decarbonization through scalable, field-deployable systems.
MATi has demonstrated 100x scale-up, strong conversion performance, and completed field-scale designs that position the company for commercial deployment. Our methane pathway is aimed at applications such as low-carbon hydrogen supply, stranded or flared gas monetization, carbon utilization, and lower-emissions industrial operations.
We work toward practical deployment with industrial partners across the natural gas, hydrogen, petrochemical, and carbon-product value chains. MATi’s focus is to turn existing feedstocks into higher-value, lower-emission products through modular technology that can scale with market demand.
